This recipe is perfectly delicious. I added a pinches of nutmeg and mustard powder and omitted the onion. I made the entire 16oz package of cavatappi noodles and I should have doubled the bechamel sauce, even though I didn't, it stretched pretty good.
Overall a great recipe and I can't wait to make it again. Hubby loved it! Took me a while to make because I quadrupled it and I don't normally cook this much for one part of a meal but it turned out so good.
